Return and Refund Policy

Kimberly Pink Cosmetics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) wants you to absolutely love your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Because cosmetics and skincare are personal-use items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy below before making a return request.

1. All Sales Are Final for Used or Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened or used cosmetic products — including makeup, skincare, brushes, and applicators.
This ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

2. Returns for Unopened or Incorrect Items

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

Incorrect or damaged item: If you receive the wrong product, a damaged item, or something missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Unopened and unused: The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.
